Note:
- Registration fee (both General and Student) includes Technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Conference kit, Breaks, Lunch Boxes, and the Banquet.
- Online registration fee payments can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, and Discover.
- Walk-in Registration does not include lunch boxes, the banquet is included, but we cannot guarantee that seating will be available on the day of the DARS2026. No refunds will be made if you are unable to attend the banquet.
Regarding Entry Visa for Japan
For those who require a visa to enter Japan, we can assist with preparing documents such as letters of invitation and letters of guarantee. Please contact us at the email address below after you have completed your registration and payment.
