Call for Papers
Submission Guidelines
Papers should be formatted according to the style files of Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics (SPAR). Please prepare your manuscript using the LaTeX style files ("llncs.cls" in the Computer Science proceedings LaTeX2e package) available in the "Information for authors" section.
The page limit is 12 pages, excluding references. Up to two additional pages are permitted for an extra fee of 20,000 JPY per page.
If you wish to include video material, please provide links within the manuscript (e.g., unlisted YouTube or Vimeo) or upload the files via the submission system. Do not embed videos directly into the manuscript file. Please note that while the final proceedings (published in book format) will not include video files, they will be made available to conference participants.

We welcome submissions for late-breaking results and hardware/software demonstrations.

Submission Guidelines
- Submission Format: A concise 2-page abstract using the style files of Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics (SPAR), including references (see the Submission Guidelines above).
- Late-Breaking Results: Accepted works will be presented in a poster session.
- Demo Session: Demos will be held in a dedicated area (approx. 60cm x 180cm, 100V/15A max). Presenters may also display a poster alongside their demo if space permits.
- Due to limited venue capacity, all submissions will undergo a review process. Acceptance will be determined based on the quality of research and logistical feasibility. Abstracts will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Notes for Demo presenters
- All transportation, shipping, customs clearance, and insurance must be arranged entirely by the demo team. The venue and the organizers cannot receive or store any shipments. Exhibits are expected to be brought in personally as luggage.
- Standard AC power (100V, max 15A) will be provided at each demo station. However, teams are responsible for bringing all other necessary equipment, including batteries, air compressors, transformers, tools, and consumables.
- The conference organizers shall not be held responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of demonstration equipment during transportation, setup, or storage.
- The demo team assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of their system. Compliance with venue safety standards and local Japanese regulations is mandatory.
